BOOST 12 Binding

Made in Italy – engineered by ATK – identical construction to ATK Front 12 latest generation freetouring binding, which is also ideal to use for traditional ski touring. 

The Boost 12 is equipped with a revolutionary front brake that automatically locks if the toe piece is set to climbing mode by pulling up the front lever. The same applies for going downhill: pull up the front lever and release, and you are ready to enjoy the descent. This means that only a single hand grip is required to set the front brake to climb mode or downhill mode. If triggered, the ski break is released fully automatically.

The CAM RELEASE SYSTEM® guarantees a precise release with unique pin stability, the ELASTIC RESPONSE SYSTEM® (E.R.S) offers 12 mm elastic length adjustment and the magnetic climbing aid allows five different walking positions.

The cover is perfectly integrated into the base plate and, because of its construction, prevents snow, ice or stones from getting in. The super-light step-in, the SNOW PACK PROOF design and easy handling of the locking lever provide outstanding comfort in use as well as increased safety.
