Right of Revocation

RIGHT OF REVOCATION (RIGHT TO WITHDRAW)

You are entitled to withdraw from your purchase contract within 30 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract in a clear and unambiguous statement (e.g. letter by post, by fax, or by email). (To do so, you can use the enclosed template form for withdrawal. However, this is not mandatory.)

You can fill out and send the template form for withdrawal or another unambiguous statement electronically on our website www.hagan-ski.com. If you make use of this option, then we shall send confirmation of receipt of such revocation to you immediately (e.g. by email).

The withdrawal period shall be deemed to be met if you send notification of your desire to exercise your right of withdrawal before this period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall be obligated to reimburse you for all payments made by you to us immediately (except for additional costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), or at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your wish to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we shall use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you shall not under any circumstances be charged a fee as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned to us or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us:

The deadline shall be deemed to be met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

EXEMPTION FROM RIGHT OF REVOCATION

Skis with mounted bindings are exempt from the right of revocation because these items are specially adapted to the requirements of the customer and therefore cannot be resold.

A returns form has been included in your order. If you require a new form, you can find it here. Please fill out the form completely and include it in your return package. This will allow your return delivery to be processed quickly and securely. Please pack the goods carefully and also handle them with care.
